I doubt this has anything to do with it, but why are you missing so many dependancies?

This is quite the mess you've got here

- lots of plugins need a mysql database, therefore they disable
- you may have incorrect mysql information
- some plugins are outdated
- some plugins have errors
- some seem to not work at all
- dependencies are missing

thats a problem
