I need help with Regex

I heard regex can manage text? Can it manage it for discord? If so can someone please help me out and teach me how to do some very simple Regex. Id appreciate it sooo much! Thanks in advance.

I don't now if there are any bots or programs, that combine regex and discord, however i recommend taking a look at regexr, where you can type your own text and learn how specific patterns work.
