I just changed my Minecraft channel into a review/information YT channel.. But no one seems to like it very much because they are unsubscribing. And idk what to do, someone please help

Perhaps you can reach out to your subscriber base and ask what they want to see from your channel.

Hold a competition and give away a Steam game or similar, to get people to vote on what content they want to see on your channel.
