I need help.

So, im trying to figure out how to use CommandNPC and i know how to use all the commands now but i have one problem,

When a player clicks on a NPC i would like them to receive a message, for example
[BOT] Piggy: Hey, the mine is closed, come back later.

But i don't know what command to use? i can't use /msg /tell or /shout, does anyone know what plugin i can use or if its possible to do through essentials?
(NO I DO NOT WANT the npc to talk if you come close to it)

I just saw that CommandNPC does't have something we can edit in the configs, only:
NPC: Dave
x: 1331
y: 2414
z: 313
Commands: /fly, /heal, /gm1
