I need Help

So as OP on my server I can give npcs commands and they work perfectly fine. When I try to give my default group the perms to the specific npc, I get the message "You do not have permission to do that" in chat.

Example:

A ncp named "shop" has the command /shop added to it with the plugin shop gui +. I give the group the player is in "guishop.use" which is the permission to use /shop. This works for the player when they do /shop in chat, but the gui doesn't open up when they right click the npc. This leads to the message "You do not have permission to do that". It is not only this plugin, I think it might have something to do with the npcs. Do I need to give a permission to use the npcs specifically?
