I have been learning HTML and CSS for a bit now and I have mastered the two, I can make websites, just I don't know how to edit xenforo themes, buycraft, litebans etc. If you could help please tell me what I need to do to edit xenforo themes, buycraft, litebans etc.

Probably not the answer you are looking for, but it can often be better to just google everything you don't understand, watch videos on it, and grind through it until you know it. Atleast that's now i learn the best

That doesn't mean he doesn't know his HTML and CSS. He probably never used Xenforo or Buycraft and is asking how to get everything set up to get started on editing them.

Correct, I have watched a video, it says I need to have a xenforo licence and account to actually get the base theme, however I don't have the cash required to.

Pretty sure there is an free trial you can use. Other than that you either need to buy the license or get it some other way
