I need help...

Hello everyone!
I would like some help with money, (I am not asking for money, just need help and idea's on getting some.)
Im a 13 year old who loves playing minecraft and other cool games! the other day my laptop stopped performing as good as it used to, i used to get around 80 fps on minecraft and now i only get 6, this isnt anything to do with settings because everything is turned down for best quality, and i also just need a better computer in general, if you could give me some ideas i would really appriciate it!

I recommend a PC but if you were looking for a laptop, I would get a Levono T430, I used that for months and its I5 (2.6Ghz) 8GB of RAM meant i could rum mc at around 100fps. For a pc i use: AMD A8 9600, A320M-K motherboard, GTX 1050ti and i can run MC at around 300 FPS.

All of this is with optifine or a FPS boosting client.
