Is there some software you cannot charge back on?... and I dont think you can chargeback on paypal for something you cant see:

(like if you sell something ig there is no way you can charge back even if you didnt get the thing)

(but if you buy a chair and when you get it it's broken you need to show paypal that you deserve to win that chargeback and they give the money back to you)
