I need people that help my server grow

Hey,
My name is Teske and I host a Server called DeadlyMC(play.deadlymc.net) I get sometime arround 20 players on my server. But it are the same people that plays always on my server.
I want new players. Players that will stay on my server. My Server have 3 gamemodes
- KitPvP (1.8/1.9)
- Survival(Full 1.9)
- Skyblock(1.8/1.9)

So if anyone Can help me grow. I would be thankfull.
I have a YT rank on my server. If there are some youtubers that like to help.
