Also, personally I like to setup PEX groups through the ingame commands. That means you can easily get everything visualised and working as you move through creating your groups. You can then setup inheritance then just simply add the perms at the end.
Another tip, type writing down what you want your PEX groups to look like on a piece of paper and setting out the permissions, prefixes etc can be quite useful so all you are doing is entering the details, not thinking and changing things all the time.

Ok, that is just basic permissions although thanks for trying to help me
ok so pex works on rank AND weights. I suggest putting donators, staff and members on separate tables so you can promote/demote rankup etc in each table. EZranksPro also works on ranks and priority. if you want help you need to say exactly what your issue is and what you want done. your first post is not clear
