Start small then work your way up. Building your experience is more important. Try find servers who are new, have good potential and have a good team behind it.

it's the same as the real life scenario - people are hiring - potential worker must have 20 years of experience and minimum age requirement is like 18 or something stupid lol

jokes aside, my best guess is that you need need to show your potential and willingness to help out, showing maturity will go a long way as well. the reasoning "we need people who have managed a server with 200 players" from a server that has 100 players at peak is a major red flag (or is it?) and you should run while you can. other than that, be happy, start small and go big
