Hey, i need flat rectangular spawn with some nice constructions basicly resembling a clean little city with mixed medieval:japanese style it would be a multi stage spawn with 2 distinct but continuing part (like in a real city 2 district with same roads, stuffs but 2 different stlye like in a cchinatown district & italian district). size would be 256x256 or 128x128, i also need a small hub with 2 portals same style.
Price is discutable.
Any building offers are welcome.
ps: i dont want non exclusive builds. additional little details would also be needed.
