How is your day going? I hope good. So i got a question. I need a plugin like DelayedBlock ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/•-delayedblock-plugin.27854/ ) that will work with world gaurd. Because what i had to do. Is to disable the build flag. Put the server in gamemode 2 and then give permissions to a block to where it can be placed and then give permission to pickaxe to be able to break the block. It's a mess. If you can suggest me a plugin that will be amazing!

Also there are some of you that will say buy a custom one to get your thing done. I agree with you. But i don't need it for a server i need for a setup that i have for free and i don't want to spend more on that setup because i already spend a lot. For something that i don't really get anything back. ( the setup: https://www.mc-market.org/resources/8379/ ).

No need to use worldguard, Just use the simple command
/give @p minecraft:item 1 0 {CanDestroy:["minecraft:item name"]} (for adding multiple things add a comma with no space)

That's what i'm using right now but the list is very big because the map is huge with a lot of defferent blocks.
