I Need some Work/Free!

Caddybou Inc here,
And as some people know I have 2-5 hours free time everyday, and I would like to spend that being staff on various servers.

About me:
Age: I am 13 years of age, 14 in 2 months
Maturity: I am mature and of good age
Studies: I go to a grammar school, 7th best in U.K, and good at learning and picking things up.

Experience as Staff:
Jartex Network: I was a trial rank on this cracked server, but I got demoted due to immature behaviour and not being patience, but I have learnt from my behaviour. The server has a player base of 800 and is 2-3 best cracked server.

Experience as Owner:
Caddybou.aternos.org: This is my own trial server why I use main plugins, and I learn more about them and find better configs for them!

Experience With Plugins:
Factions: I have 2-3 years of Experience with Factions, so I am quite familiar with Factions and other plugins related to Factions.

Why Should you Choose ME?:
Well you see, I have a lot of experience with plugins and builds, and can help with the MONEY Part of servers, like being a manager due to the fact that I'm taking GCSE Business and I am really good with maths and Business.

Why Should You Trust Me?:
You should trust me as I will always give me 100% in your server, and if I do anything bad or destroy anything, I will compensate for it and help you maintain that thing back to its original status.

Advantages:

1. I know many plugins, and how to use them and so on.
2. I Am good with Staff mode and so on.
3. I can help with the business sides of things, so I can be a good manager!

Disadvantages:

1. I do NOT know how to code.
2. I do NOT make websites or so on.
