I need someone to make me my permissions.

I am wondering if anyone knows a lot about essentials permissions config file. I need someone to program all of my server permissions on the essentials config. I might be able to make a small payment, but Im hoping someone will be willing to do it for free. Well thanks for any help you guys can give.
