Learning Configuration is very simple and easy! It's basically just reading the lines and understanding what they'll do when edited. I think you should spend time on your own to learn the many configurations that have to offer. Try and rent a free server and just build it up to your best abilities. As always, practice makes perfect, you can't really learn if you don't try!

Configurations are easy, you start from the easiest and go to the hardest to setup and some hosting sites give free 1gb-2gb hosting

I know hosts like Skynode offer free server hosting for 1gb; that should be enough for you to load up something like Essentials which has a clear documented config. Play around with config options and reload the server to see what changes.
