i need this simple plugin.

I am looking for a plugin where you join our hub server you get armor and a glassblock as a hat, and i do not want them to be able to remove anything of these.

Do anyone of you know if it exists or can make me it?

Yeah, I don't mind you looking into the code, there is nothing untrustworthy in it tho, just simply gives the armour on join, clears the armour slots on leave and also stops inventory movement in armour slots.
