i need urgent help on a physics project (egg drop)

Okay, here's the dealio
My physics teacher has assigned the ol' classic egg drop project but with a few road blocks that prevent me from doing anything I planned on doing at all. This is similar to other egg drop projects, but here's some twists:

MAIN QUESTION: how do i make the vehicle fall as SLOWLY as possible

1. The objective is to make your "vehicle" fall as SLOWLY as possible rather than just having your egg survive.
2. The framework can be no larger than 15 inches on any sides
3. No parachutes, balloons, tape, food, or boxes allowed (tf?)
4. You have to make a container to hold the egg, you can't use a premade one
5. You need to package material around your egg in the container, BUT it can't be foam, newspaper, tissues, paper, Styrofoam, sponges, bubble wrap, or cotton. (u can use those things everywhere except for the packaging of the egg

This is the toughest shit I've ever faced in such a short period of time

TL;DR:
this is an egg drop project with a shit ton of road blocks that make it hard.

all im asking for rn is an idea on how to make something fall as slowly as possible, other ideas would be great too

i am sorry if this is a dull question i am trying to get to the bottom of it. But the whole objective is her giving you an egg in class and you have to create a model that if you place the egg in the "project" lets say you made a bowl for project the bowl has to land on the floor and egg has to be perfect if dropped from the 5th story correct? Or she is giving you an Egg, the Egg has to travel at 1 MPH downward or slower and land perfectly?

Basically we have to create a "vehicle," something that can hold the egg. We'll drop the vehicle from 5 stories and whoever's falls the slowest wins. I'm not trying to get an F on a 200 point project so ;/

oh man this is interesting and got me thinking but the thing she says is "parachutes, balloons, tape, food, or boxes not allowed" there needs to have something that block that air in order to have a slow landing. you can make it with straws and paper. Align the straws in such way that each side measure 15 inches. this ineed to shape like a wider cone.
