So I was making an HCF set up to sell on here and I was thinking what core I should use, and I looked up "HCF Core" and I found a random hcf core called pCore, I've never heard of it I don't think it's being sold I looked it up and only found "Leaks" I want to know if I can make the setup and sell it or is it not allowed I can't find anywhere to buy it? I'm so confused.

you either make one, buy one with sell rights or not sell an HCF setup at all
