I own a survival server and need ideas

My survival server is 1.15.2 and java edition premium. It's a simple survival server with no virtual currency but has the goal of using items has currency. Some of our plugins are trade shops, player warps, rtp, kits, tpa, home, togglepvp, and clans.

I need ideas to keep in fresh and exciting but also simple survival-based. For instance, my users didn't even want MCMMO added.
