This will occur when we don't get an IPN from PayPal letting us know that your payment went through successfully, hence we can't automatically issue you a license for the product.

This could happen for a few reasons, but usually occurs when the payment is put on hold by PayPal, or the author has to accept conversion fees.

I would suggest contacting the resource authors directly and requesting that they manually issue a license for yourself via the seller dashboard. If you're still having issues, go ahead and open a support request in regards to this.

Did you pay using your paypal balance, card, or bank account? I have just purchased them and am able to download.
i bought them using my paypal balance.

This will occur when we don't get an IPN from PayPal letting us know that your payment went through successfully, hence we can't automatically issue you a license for the product.

This could happen for a few reasons, but usually occurs when the payment is put on hold by PayPal, or the author has to accept conversion fees.

I would suggest contacting the resource authors directly and requesting that they manually issue a license for yourself via the seller dashboard. If you're still having issues, go ahead and open a support request in regards to this.

I'd contact the seller to make sure the payment isn't Under Review by PayPal. That's been the cause for me pretty much everytime I've had buyers not issued their license automatically.

If you're 100% sure that the payment went through and isn't on hold, under review, or waiting to be accepted: Could possibly be a result of the latest exploit with resources, which was fixed last night. The exploit had to do with downloading resources without a license, so the fix could have messed up licensing. Just an idea, as this issue is timed perfectly along with the fix of the exploit.

well i did buy them both at 4:30PM EST yesterday, i wonder if that helps.

Quite high actually, since there are other factors relating to your own PayPal account that could be the cause of us not receiving IPNs from PayPal. For instance, not having a PayPal account verified with a bank account/credit card, or having that PayPal account linked to pre-paid cards.

I highly doubt this would be an issue on our end, as multiple users have run into similar issues in the past.

This shouldn't affect anything.
