Imo, instead of paying someone to configure 153 plugins, explain the gamemode you'd like to get made and have someone make you a premade server. I'm not sure 153 plugins is going to be very efficient in running.

Lots of repetitive plugins in there, why do you need pex and groupmanager. Also, you have a lot of plugins that are extra; for example, fixhand isn't needed because you have essentials which comes with /fix.

Agreed, my person opinion is no gamemode should exceed 45 plugins at a maximum most of my servers that are full gamemodes usually do not exceed 35 plugins.

I have 53 on my Factions server because I cba to just find plugins that combine the capabilities
