I think i have carpal tunnel

I'm on my computer about everyday and im starting to notice a sort of pain or awkward feeling when i click with my right hand

What is a good way to treat this without going to the doctors?...​

Just wait a few hours. I would recommend going to sleep. If anything is coming out of you hand do not worry, as that is natural.

I'd say take it easy on the computer and have a doctor look at it. Using outside resources won't get you a very accurate problem as seeing a doctor will. See them now when it's starting early. Waiting too long could really make it difficult to reverse carpal tunal.

Does your hand shake? Because if it does your hand might have been pressured too much so you need to rest it for a bit

It doesnt shake, just tingles

Those sites are not a good way to see what's wrong. A lot of the time they're inaccurate.
