I wanna be a plugin configurator for a factions server and i want everyone to see my awesome skills and unique configurations.

A 20 playerbase server already has most/all configurations they’ll need to run it successfully from my experience of owning a couple. I would recommend you going to a start off like 4-5 playerbase that are struggling

Agreed, it's my dream to become a Heli.

Also, I suggest you do work on MCM for free for a while.
