Well to begin with coding, I would recommend learning how to spell the word first, after that google and YouTube should help.

to setup eclipse all you need is a Java Development kit (click here)
and if you already have a JRE installed (java runtime environment) like for running Minecraft you need to uninstall that because the JDK comes with a JRE.

wait so just a small q for that I have to delete the java I have and install the one you suggested correct?

Yes because the one I linked comes with the same java you have and will allow you to setup an environment for coding in eclipse. If you don't uninstall your current one first they will conflict

1.) I personally wouldn't use Eclipse as I don't like it and IntelliJ has a lot more features, others can agree.

2.) I would watch UDemy videos, YouTube videos, PluralSights, SafariBooks and books in real life. That will help you a lot.
