Haha, no. Unless you're doing this as a commission, this is a no-go. Both for your sake (getting ripped off isn't fun) and for the person with the idea's sake (again, getting ripped off is not fun).

If you want a portfolio, come up with your own ideas and advertise those. Or get basic stuff done on github, look up project idea lists, of which there are plenty.

How can I contact you besides discord? I want to create software that would meet our small company’s needs. We mainly dabble in web design and only occasionally take orders to create code. We cannot find a suitable CRM system for our requests since we work with large files. In addition, we are in dire need of live streaming development solutions, as it always takes a lot of time to launch work calls through third-party programs due to all the useless settings. I would be interested to learn more about your skills and ideas.

The OP is asking for software ideas. Have you never asked anyone for an idea before? Clearly he has abilities he wants to practice, even if imagination is lacking, as a developer myself I've often wondered what my next project would be. I'm just saying, maybe you're being a little petty.
