For something as serious as co-owner, you may need to type out some more details, maybe a few paragraphs about your background, experience and what you can offer. There are lots of people looking for staff positions but being a server owner, unless I am desperate I would rather look into offering a position to someone already playing the server because that means that they shown an interest and give to the community. Good luck
