Hello, it may have come to a surprise to some of you that I was demoted yesterday. It was a surprise to me as well, as I had just found out that morning. It honestly hit me pretty hard as I did not expect it at all. My demotion was due to new standards essentially and I am to blame for the demotion. I may have been active, but my activity was.. well.. how do I put it, inconsistent. This was due to my health issues that I am sure a lot of you know about at this point. My anxiety and depression caused me to take long breaks at times and made me not acceptable for the position any longer.

I want to apologize to anyone I have disappointed or made upset by being demoted. I have gotten a lot of messages from people, good and bad. I just want to say I am sorry. Whether I upset you in the past or if you do not like me in general. I feel as if I disappointed a lot of people, and for that I can not say sorry enough. I do want to thank those who have been kind and supportive, as that means the world to me. MC-Market is more than just a sales forum to me. It has helped me though many hard times and gave me something to work hard on and strive on, and I let it and the people around it down. I want to apologize to Mick for letting him down. I truly love this site and community. You have supported me through thick and thin and for that I can't thank you enough.

I more than likely will be around the site, but not like before. While a staff member for nearly 4 years I spent a lot of my free time on it, doing reports, helping users, and having fun. It is sad that the fun of that has come to an end, especially so abruptly. As I said, it has hit me pretty hard. I would like to one again to apologize to anyone I have disappointed. I am truly sorry, as I feel as I have failed you as a community. The community that I love and have been a part of for years. This may be my last thread for a while (No it is not a goodbye thread), but I will be around. Feel free to shoot me a message whether it be kind or hateful. You as a community have the right to feel upset with me as I have let you down by not being able to perform. Anyway, it was one hell of a run.

Maybe this is a sign that better things are to come, or a sign that worse it to come. I can only hope for better things.

A bit more to add here. I just want to express once again how sorry I am but also how upset I am with the administration on the site. My reason for demotion was due to "new standards" and I did not meet them. That it itself is fine, ok I get it, but I was never informed on the "new standards". So I got messaged that morning (saw the notification saying I was being demoted) then was demoted that same day. There was no time for me to reflect upon anything. After working on/for this forum for nearly 4 years I can't believe I was tossed away like trash. It honestly hurts me, and other users have stated this and I was too upset before to realize it until literally today. Thanks again for reading, hope this is a statement for future and people see what has happened. I just know one thing, is that I should not have been discarded like trash after being here as a mod for 4 years, and thank you to everyone who made me realize that. Love you guys.

As has been said before on the thread though, you have been staff for the majority of the time I've been on the site, Baum. It's sad to see you get demoted as you often helped me when I needed it (especially on that day in 2017 when everyone was harassing me over crits' exit scam), I will forever appreciate it. Hope you move on to bigger and better things .

Bro... life will always come first, nobody blames you for being inactive. This isn't your fault, don't think that way. You were an amazing staff and I never thought I'd see the day you get demoted. You should see this as a vacation, don't think of it as a punishment. You were always kind to me and the rest of the community and I'm sure nobody is holding anything against you.
