So I'm not sure as I haven't done my research but is there a plugin where you can give a permission such as for staff only and basically every command /tp /ban /kick /warn /mute is sent to a discord server via a bot so staff-managers can watch if the staff are abusing etc.

Mmmmmm not sure there is anything like that buddy. I think I've seen something similar in the past but it was definitely custom coded.

I've seen a bot that links discord chat to the Minecraft chat, don't know about server console messages though.
