Well I have an I5-4460 with a GTX 960 2GB and I can run Black Ops 3, GTA 5, Minecraft, CSGO all in the HIGHEST settings.
So with a GTX 960 4GB If you can overclock it with MSI Afterburner (I could tell you some settings) you could run them all in Ultra. Hell even without overclocking you can still probably run them in ultra.[DOUBLEPOST=1469053557][/DOUBLEPOST]Also the average FPS for these games would be...
Minecraft - Factory New Computer ~ 400 - 1200 FPS | MAX SETTINGS
Black Ops 3 - Factory New Computer ~ 120+ FPS (capped at 120) | MAX SETTINGS
CS:GO - Factory New Computer ~ 120+ FPS | Estimate would be around 120-500 FPS | MAX SETTINGS
Minecraft - Average Computer That Has Been Used For A While ~ 300 - 600 FPS | MAX SETTINGS
