I'm currently offereing a new deal on a fully dedicated i9-9900K machine with all 8 cores, 32GB of 2666 DDR4, a 512GB 970 Plus NVME drive, and a full gigabit connection. The machine is located in Nova Scotia, Canada. The internet is using a direct fiber line. There most likely will be no downtime, but in the unlikely event there is, every hour of downtime will be a refund of $10. Am willing to do a deal of half payment now, half at end of the month. Machine can be setup using whatever operating system you desire. Internet connection is very secure. Contact me here or discord at BigJ#6880 PRICE CAN BE NEGOTIATED

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Are you... Are you trying to sell a home-hosted dedicated server?

Is there something wrong with that?
just curious
Is there anything wrong with that? I've got full fiber gigabit line, water cooled CPU, solar power...
A few things, yes, depends on the use case, however. To name a few:
1) Redundant Power & Internet.
2) DDOS Protection.
3) Many Variables that could effect the uptime of the node.
4) Security of the node & its information.

For $150, you can get the same node hosted in a datacenter.

Like others have stated, home hosting is not a good idea for the buyer or the seller.
I would never suggest anyone rent from someone selling in their house for the issues which MaGiiK has already stated.

Yeah, agreed at that price it's well a bit crazy to ask especially for 32gb that's worth $100 in a DC so minus collocation this should be priced at $70 first and nothing more. Secondly, to answer the question of Internet, do you even have a static IP to be hosting this and what can be hosted on the node as I suppose you'll be using the same internet so what ports will be dedicated to the node.

Not trashing, but you can get a i9-9900K with 64GB DDR4 and a 1TB NVMe with ReliableSite for $145/mo, I would change your pricing if I were you.
