some people can't get a verified account on Hetzner but ya most likely reselling

Everyone has to start somewhere, But to be honest wouldn't recommend Hetzner reselling. Buy some cheap dedicated servers off eBay and then buy a decent used Xeon E3 and a RAM upgrade, most of them already have a good HDD or maybe SSD and everything inside it is already set to work.
