Icons for each rank

Ayoo so I just hopped on MCM and noticed how ugly and out of place the "M" and "CM" look in front of a staff member's name in the Shoutbox. Soooo I had an idea. What if each rank had it's own font awesome icon (It's what the site uses for Supreme's icon) that was used to replace the "@" symbol for regular users and letters for staff members in front of our Shoutbox names? The background color would obviously be the proper color of the rank, not whatever name color the person has. If a user has multiple ranks, then it should only show the symbol and color for their highest permission rank. I feel like this would really help with distinction within the Shoutbox while also letting staff stand out from the others.
