Who are we?
We are a build team that builds for servers. We are a paid build team and after we get started everyone will get a cut of the building pay depending on what the client chooses. So if they choose a 15 dollar item the builders take and split 70% even and for funds the owner takes the other 30%. We are a build team with 3 teams, Team 1 is medieval, Team 2 is modern and Team 3 is other. Each team will have a Lead Builder. A team will be assigned a project at a time. We are recruiting all builder spots first before we recruit/promote people to Lead Builder. Lead Builder will be the one who helps everyone in his/her group. They will make decisions about the builds etc. They always check if the owner or supervisor agrees before they make the decision. They won't get more paid than normal builders. This is so everyone is the same and there will be no fights/arguments about money or power.

we need 6 Builders, they will be placed in 1 of the 3 teams
we need 2 discord mods, who will keep fights, hacking in discord, spamming, advertising etc away from our discord server.
we also need 2 Sales Representative,
They negotiate prices of certain builds and help manage clients, they will get help from the owner, who also negotiates.
