ID system (They removed the free tag so I’m looking for a free one)

Hey, so I was wondering if there were any public ID systems for java.


For example:
I do the base command for the plugin ex: /bard
But if I do /bard id it gives me their plugin id that is hard coded in the plugin

I don’t know if this makes much sense but I guess a better example is like AAC when you do /aac it says your id
