Sounds like things like this already exist, such as spigot forums, and bukkit forums, minecraft forge, etc..
I guess this would have to be a website with a mixture of all kinds of development..

This topic has been touched. I think it will most likely be aimed towards all kind of development whether it is minecraft related or not.

Or it could even be a website where people come to learn to develop, like solideralex said, many people want to learn, but cant.

That's what I would like to see in it anyways
