I need ideas on my team's new upcoming ticket system. I personally don't like automated order systems, as they can often mess up, but we put an option to cancel the process mid-process.
So how the current system is - once a new ticket is created, the user is provided with 3 options to proceed with,
- Automated Order System: The user is taken through a questionnaire to identify the product or service's details that the user is requesting. It then posts it on a commissions channel for our freelancers to be informed, and react to it to approe they can do it. The client will then be automatically shown the portfolios of the freelancers who are available to do this, and given an option to choose somebody himself.
This can however be troublesome when the client doesn't know enough details for the product or is trolling/testing so fake pings will be made to our freelancers and cause annoyance. So I'm thinking of like an approval from selected team members before the commission is posted. I only would like to apply this since some people may want quick servicing, and our sales representatives wouldn't be available then, other than that, it doesn't sound that good to me. (Sales Representatives can still see these tickets to assist or make sure everything is going good)
- Sales Representation: A sales representative will assist the client throughout the process and get details himself and make sure the details are correct.
- Privacy Request: This will make the ticket fully private for the management to be the only ones to see. This will be useful when making complaints or disclosing important or confidential information.
I want ideas on what would be cool, that's all, you don't need to worry about the payments and all, just hit this thread up with all your crazy ideas! Lol
Thanks.
