Ideas for plugins that I could put up on spigot.

I just want to put something up on spigot that could help people with less funds develop their server. Want to do something nice for a change, and haven't had much to do these last few weeks(excluding two where I was seriously ill). So, if you have any ideas, drop them down below(memes are allowed, it'd probably make for a fun time for players).

If you don't have any of those, but you have an open source plugin and would appreciate some help, let me know, I'd love to take a look.

Hello I would like to see a plugin on spigot with this features:

There should be only one command /rankup - this should open a gui where players can look at their progress.
If they meet the requirements and they type /rankup they get a higher rank. Ranks should be from A - Z
When they rankup this should pop up https://prnt.sc/moa5wh (ziskan rank [C] = rank C achieved) and sound ENTITY_PLAYER_LEVELUP should play.

The requirements I want:
Vote (Votifier)
Time played
Mined blocks
Certain mined blocks
Killed monsters

Travel (for example travel 5 km)

Reward string for every rank (we should be able to give them some items or money).
Every messages should be editable and those requirements should be configurable also.

I recently just put up my first resource on Spigot. It's a FoundDiamonds plugin but expanded on a bit, I found it pretty fun to just build upon something simple and just make it your own and see where it goes.
