Ideas for Staff Management Plugin

Currently I am coding a Staff Management Plugin. (Because I am bored)
Name : Staff++
Current Features:
- StaffChat (staff.chat permission required to see the chat/ do the command)
Looking to add Staff Mode and Punishment system. Any Ideas? If the Idea is "GREAT"
The User will get the plugin when it is done.

I would recommend making a gui based pubishement system and history is also viewable as a gui.

History saved in MySql db / mongodb / YAML, configurable as the user likes.

Rather than a plugin, why not get someone professional to come in and sort all your staff out this way it saves you RAM for more needed plugin, learn from someone who already learned that mate.

I would add your own vanish. This would allow all staff to see eachother in the world and tab but be hidden from others. A revive system so if someone is killed by a hacker/glitch you can revive their inventory.

tf? please don't advertise your management services on a plugin thread like your comment makes absolutely zero sense. how would sorting out staff give you staff chat and a punishGUI? could you explain that to me?
