Ideas for Tickets bot

I have been thinking for more than 2 hours now for features for Tickets bot
The bot will be completely free,
and I need more ideas to put on the bot. you know I don't want to make bots that already is here and for free.
Current Ideas I have:
- Create Archive Channel for the tickets. once you close the ticket it'll create a transcript and send it to the archive
- Safe close command, you'll have to react with Specific emoji to confirm the close cmd
- Limiting tickets per user
- Multiple support/admin roles to support and moderate the tickets
- Add/remove users to the ticket.
- Set a subject for the ticket: !new [subject]
- rate limit so users can't just spam commands and lag the bot
- Your ideas?

I'm planning to make it completely free so please if you have any ideas share it with me,

not all of them are free. also, that's why I'm asking for ideas.

while i was making mine i thought about a trash bin, so you could recover certain tickets that are not terminated but now that i think about it, its kinda like an archive. you can also add a way to target an specific staff group (in game help, etc). good luck!
