its spigot 1.7-1.8 but 1.9 sucks for factions

You really should make it fully 1.8 and add a 1.9 protocal hack making players join the server with 1.8 clients and 1.9 clients while the server being fully 1.8, I understand you want to keep 1.7 cannons is what I'm thinking. But I have ways to fix that

No decent pvper likes to pvp on 1.8. Thats the problem. My server I am making is a 1.7 protocol hack.

The pvp is the same in 1.8 lmao, 1.9 has bad pvp

It isn't. Hit detection is really bad and everything just feels slower. This is why all practice/competitive servers use 1.7 still. The Kohi Network, ParaPots, Badlion, and mine.
