Ideas? Prison server sell set-up?

I'm looking to set-up a prison server and use a npc to sell mined blocks rather than in game command that players would use to open and sell blocks. So basically I want only way to sell blocks is to go to this GUI on world and it sells the blocks you mine. Any ideas how to achieve this?

Theres a plugin for this but I forget what its called maybe npc gui or something

The best way to achieve this is to use this plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/prisonshops-gui-sell-shop.7875/ and CommandNPC. You would use the command from the plugin and apply it to an NPC. If you need any help with this, feel free to PM me about it. Also, there is per mine support to this as well.

can it make one npc open up any shop like one npc able to sell any ranked users blocks?
