Identifying OGs/Semis

So I've heard a bunch of different opinions on how to identify OGs and Semis, but I want to know for sure how it is defined. Is it because of the number of letters, or if it is a noun/verb/adjective etc?

If it is a noun,verb,name,2 letter etc it is an OG

If it has a prefix,suffix on the end, or it is an adjective or adverb it is semi og

Almost everything else is not og or semi

What about a 3 letter with meaning? (2MB)
