Well what goods would we be talking about because if its a Minecraft account with TID there is a better way to do it...

He unblocked me trying to get me to pay more for the account but with a middleman of my choosing.

if you scam him, you have the potential to be banned, too. I'd just open a scam report and try to convince him you'll call it off if he gives whatever he stole back which he'll really just get banned still but whatever
