Remember that YAML files cannot have tab characters in them. You must use spaces instead or the file will be invalid.
Copy and paste the entire config into this site and it will tell you where the error is.

Any yaml parser shows no errors, spigot's essentials is fucked so he will have to switch to the essentials fork by drtshock.
