If you could build your dream, software, program or game

Hey,
Me and my friend were talking about building like a dream world, software, game and wanted to know what everyone else would build.

We were thinking a VR that you could almost live in. it would be hooked up with some sort of chemical or food sources so you could stay in for hours. Then it had tons of worlds. RPGs, MMO, ect ect. You retain your stats in each world. Shooting, Strength, speed, ect ect. Then different game developers build worlds inside. Have features like school and other things so people could just use the vr 24/7.

If yall could build any software, game or program possible or impossible what would yall do.

I think describing what I want would take a few years of constant typing. lets say the matrix pales in comparison.
