Why are people bombarding the OP, because they don't believe that the company has 5,000,000+ websites hosted.
Support Staff want to make money, and they make money by promoting the service.

Assuming that this company is huge, without a doubt would there be many support staff and many of those users are present on the big forums. So it only makes sense to go to mc-market.

Don't trash others success, just because you don't have it.
If you have a problem with the service, just don't purchase it - Simple.

You still have not proved your claims of hosting millions of users nor websites. If you could, provide a document with all sites hosted by you or at least somehow prove your claims.
