I didn’t say that. Let’s suppose I (the freelancer) obtained a $20 commission, by the end of it I only got $10. Is that really worth it?

By having 50% of the commission go towards Ignite Services, it ensures that enough funds can be directed towards marketing and growing the number of clients that the specialists will be able to assist. Whilst Ignite Services are in their opening states, it's best that an even split occurs. With time and an increased demand, more of the commission will be able to go to the dedicated and well deserving specialists.

Yeah I get all that but you see if I’m putting in what should be $20 worth of work I should be at least be getting back what should be close to that amount. Most service teams offer 80-90% of the money, give or take, to the freelancer. In addition, surely, you should have the rates higher at first rather than having a split of 50%. This ensures you WILL get freelancers to secure onto your team and then as time goes on do what you will but at these rates I’d have to be charging at least x1.8 more than I regularly would just to get what should be owed for my time and effort for the commission.

I do understand your concern, however we already have a number of specialists covering a wide variety of services, and freelancers are given the opportunity to set their own prices for services. If you'd like to discuss this further please could you PM me. Thanks.
