Hi Guys,

I asked them nicely today to remove our website and content, however they seemed to think they had a "right" to use it... how about that?

I've got no problem with some competition, it helps everyone improve their service, but its pretty damn poor to start a new host and rip off someone else's website, especially when we are in the same market.

I hope they learn from this and can maybe take another whack at it.

All them hosts pay there staff, they use dedicated hardware and don't copy there website!
That host resells/Oversells VPS..

Honestly, I'd suggest simply deleting this post from mc-market. As some of the comments said before (and I should think rightfully) you have dug yourself a hole and it's going to take a long time to dig yourself out.

If you are truly on a VPS, then your prices are completely ridiculous - they could be paying much lower prices for a better quality. I'd suggest getting a dedicated server, even if it is OVH - at least that is better than a VPS. There are a lot of hosts out there using dedicated servers and a lot of them have their pricing a lot cheaper than you, so clearly you can do something about that.

The only thing that would up the price a bit would be faster and better support, but even that doesn't account for $5+ (assuming you should go with a $4/gb price) per month.

All in all, get a dedicated server and put your prices down - if you can't afford that, then you shouldn't be running a host.

Once again, we do not use/oversell VPS's. We use truly dedicated hardware. And as for addressing everyone saying we have dug ourselves a hole, we think that's inaccurate. We think some people on this thread have given us a bad image. Some, who haven't even visited our site yet. We refuse to delete this thread. Plus, this thread was just for anyone interested in buying a server, we were not looking for skepticism, or reviews. We do thank all of you who were positive about us.

We will fix the wrong information. We use dedicated boxes on all of our nodes. Yes, we do use some VPS's, but 99% of our nodes are dedicated.

If you know how Multicraft works, you'll know you can connect multiple daemons to master panel. And those daemons run dedicated servers.

I don't mean to go off-topic, but I wouldn't recommend Exodus at all now since the company was sold 6 months ago (MinecraftServer.net bought it). This isn't to bash a company just to benefit myself, I worked for Exodus for nearly four years (my previous business partner ripped me off and sold the company, now he's making another with the money) until I quit a few months ago due to the overall increasingly bad customer service that was being provided after the company was sold to a large company that just wanted more profit it seems. I hated leaving my job since I provided (great) service to my clients back at Exodus but it wasn't worth doing free work mostly after years of building up the business.

On-topic, since I'm here already, Ignited - ThemeForest has plenty of themes to buy to use for a site, they're cheap and heck modifying them to make them look better and to your preference isn't that hard. Unfortunately offering Minecraft hosting solely by itself simply isn't good to do anymore since there's so many services already out there, and it would be indefinitely hard to get to the top of the "reputation chain", but I do wish you best of luck (most after reading this whole thread!)
