Okay.. Fine I'd be willing to switch honestly at this point, I just can't find a way to automatically do it, without having to manually do it by hand and not even someone I pay would be willing to change my groups and users to a pex file it would be too much work.

I had someone do this back when 1.9 came out and it broke back then but me and that person aren't really on speaking terms, Is there anyone who would be willing to update Group Manager to 1.11, I know that a lot of people hate that plugin but personally I don't feel like transferring all my groups and users over to a new plugin by hand.

Spigot is still in testing for 1.11 atm. I'm sure someone would update it but probably not for a while.

1.11 Is public now on Spigot. They are testing but not majorly testing like they were before.

pretty sure u can copy paste permissions from gm to pex, just not groups

You can't copy and paste users either.. which is really the problem here.

well, you can simply read from the users file, and set their perms/ranks after you make them

There are too many players and staff members to do that. It's not like there's only 10 players.

You don't need to do it for every single player unless they're a staff member or a donor.

this is true, all though it will take him a while to go through all the players..
but he could just CTRL F the donor ranks/staff ranks and find the users

There are 45 player ranks based on voting. I would have to do it for every player. And there are 5 different staff ranks. That's why I'm saying. it would be really hard for me to do it by hand.
